Here's an outline of what we will be doing!

🌲A nature walk/hike on the Orem Bonneville Shoreline Trail with reflective prompts and a moment to connect with your inner and outer worlds at a sit spot.

🏡 A gathering indoors at Vanessa’s Casita for group sharing, somatic skills practice, tea/snacks and guided meditation and sound journey.

🫶 An opportunity to meet others who share a common high demand religion background as a informed child-adulthood and desire soulful connection.

Locations:
- Nature Walk: Orem Bonneville Shoreline Trailhead, above the cemetery.
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Indoor Gathering: Vanessa’s Casita (896 N 100 W, Orem) just 5 minutes from the trailhead
- 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM

Please arrive at the Bonneville Shoreline Trailhead by 1:10 PM as we’ll start hiking promptly. After our walk, we’ll transition to Vanessa’s Casita at 2:00 pm for deeper connection and sharing!!
